Where is William the wishing well?
I finished his quest in the snow area, now the quest says to check on him in Cyseal. I've looked all over the city and there's only one well and I can't interact with it.

Not in the city. It's just south of the fire area north of Cyseal. You pretty much have to walk right by it to go to the church area.

You can just talk to his brother to finish the quest. ;)
