Do you have to kill him to complete the quest? I feel bad. Madora said I've shown her the path of forgiveness, but she wont forgive him for what he's done.

i was the same, i actually felt sorry for him, there is a way to spare him, dont have madora in your party, but afaik there is no legit way to save him, i would love to be proven wrong though

I killed him before I even knew I was "supposed" too... I had to force attack him because he just annoyed me...:bonehead:

My Madora said she forgave him because he clearly didn't understand what he was doing but that she couldn't simply let him continue to kill things. So she was very angry at the Orcs for making him into a monster but she still needed to stop him from killing again.
