Stuck in Temple of Death (spoilers, I guess?)

Hey all,

So I'm kinda stuck - I can't seem to find a way to open up the way deeper into (or maybe out of?) the temple of death. I worked out how to get in and I've found the blood stone and cassandra's grave, and the alchemist, but can't find a way to progress beyond this section, though I can see a currently blocked path. I would greatly appreciate any help ya'll can give and if you can keep your help instructional and plot-free because I think I found this area a little out of sequence maybe?

There is no way to get there. The map is tricking you - or at least I can tell you this - whatever might be in that area is not required to complete the game. You only need to find the blood stone in there (and burn her remains, if you want to complete that quest).

I've burned the remains and retreived the shard but the quest is still incomplete. There are many sidequests not required to complete the game, it doesn't mean I don't want to finish them...

there is a skull lever in the bush right next to the bridge on the left :P

The quest will progress from another angle, just get the waypoint at the alchemist and keep playing. You might be able to go there past that huge stone head but me and my friend tried tons of stuff to no avail. But the quest does progress outside the temple.

I didn't find the bloodstone inside the temple. Just after the bridge there is a Rockface with a path that goes up just after but i can't find a way

press the skull there, you can't get past the rockhead. When you reach two paths that are full of mist/smoke take the right one. Follow it until the end, and then try going through the wall up. It looks like a regular wall but you can go through it

There was no bloodstone just a table with some ingredients and the grave (that i've burn)

The bloodstone is in the eye of the statue, you must've taken it then. It might just be a regular star stone, I can't remember.
