Btw, animal NPCs are way more useful, funnier and interesting than human NPCs.
They give you more useful information about quests/secrets/chests than human NPCs.
Haven't seen a single interestign human NPC yet but talking with every random animal has been such a delight.
Which animals ? Pretty much all of them.
Rats usually give you good information and other animals are just fun to chat with/listen to.
Ofc other animals can be useful aswell: Sam helps you finish a quest, a boar that helps you find a treasure, a dog that can sniff underpants...
Animals are also the only creatures that don't want anything in return.
