How to cure rot?

My Character is infected with rot and draining her dry. They are about out of supplies.

How do I cure this?

There is a marksman skill called "Doctor" that cures it I believe.

Easy enough if you've kept a bloodstone handy, and if you got it in the trial, just get to the end of the trial. Failing that you could try and get the tenebrium skill, a few ways to go about that fairly early on.

Ah crap, means I need to go back. I don't get it. That witch wearing red teleported in front of me, then took off, so I dodged the Death knight out of the mine. Now I'm so lost I don't know where I'm at or what I'm doing.

I'm stuck in an endless loop of a teleporter puzzle, in some abandon tunnel.


I guess what I need in this topic is to get my hands on this blood stone, or get training from somewhere?

in Silverglen there's an npc that wants you to steal tenebrium ore from the troll king, follow that for ore then the eventual skill, but given blood stones are fairly common from that point in the game no matter which quest you follow just start on whichever you feel most confident about.

The tenebrium can be gotten from other places than just the troll king obv, if you've gotten to the mine already (past all those goblin patrols) and can stealth past the death knights on patrol, very easy routes so you can manage, there are some veins tomine it from. The npc that wants it should be outside the inn in Silverglen.

Doctor does not cure it, just FYI Neo Genesis. Scarlett has it on me, coz of the stupid Oak death wand thing for the Guardian, but it won't go away =p

In Sacred Stone there is a shop with some murderous wizard lady in it who you can either kill or do a rock-paper-scissors thing with to get access to the place, on one of the shelves there is a tenebrium skill book you can learn in order to safely transport and use tenebrium weapons. As for the rot problem as far as I know the only cure is the bloodstone

hi there, to cure rot infection there are 2 ways , first is use a blod stone ( charged ) second is adquire the tenebrium ability, you achieve that doing a quest in silverglen , outside the inn there is a NPC called BRANDON do his quest and you will adquire it , that makes you inmune to rot disiase , have fun !!!!!

It's also possible to infiltrate Sacred Stone at level 4 and simply steal the book and all the tenebrium ore.

In replay I played a large part of the game with a character with rot, it's very playable but for a first play it's a bit rude because you don't die from the rot, but get surprised by an ambush with a character that has low health because of rot is very unpleasant.

jose_ferrer_w quoted two ways to cure rot, I think that if you already has rot and learn tenebrium ability it doesn't cure the rot, but then just go to Homestead will do the trick.

A third trick is perhaps to have the character killed/died, resurrect scroll is cheap. But I didn't tested.

Hey DOrok , nice to meet you , if you already have rot , the quest DOES cure the rot and also u adquire the tenebrium ability with --1-- point on it SO its double prize !!!! , have funnn !!!!!.

P.D. : ( Did i mention that you MUST remember to spend one point into the NOT MAIN chars of your group to be inmune or cure it ? , did you notice that the main ones doesent have it at the begining , and the two secondary ones yes ?? ) , my bad ^^

P.D. (2) brandon's quest doesent give points on NON MAIN chars so ...... again remember to spend at least one point.

Ha ok do the quest perhaps cure the rot, what happened is I did the quest and one character get the rot then give him 1 to Tenebrium didnt' heal him until I get back to Homestead.

And yeah it seems that once you have one point in Tenebrium you can't get the rot anymore, I quoted it when doing later the immaculate challenge.
