Legionaries at church

I talked to Areus, I killed who you know at the church, I completed the undead menace, but "legionaries at church" quest is still opened, even if I delivered the mail to Everglen. What I'm missing?

You need to find one of the 'sorta' surviving members of the expedition to the church. Talk to them to hear what happened, then tell Areus about it.

You can find them pretty close to Areus office.

hint: They have been turned into a skeleton

hint: They are hiding a short distance north of Areus's office, outside town.

yes dude, as I said, I just talked to him, near to the burning area. I delivered the mail for his wife, I completed the undead menace, I unlock achievement, but that quest is still there.

Then you didn't pick the right conversation option with Areus.

I mean you have to reselect the right option in his dialog.

If I remember correctly it's the one that leads to the 4 options, Lighthouse, Church etc...

When you go to that option again, and pick the Church Expedition you get the update to complete the quest.

In regards to that area where you find them. is there anything you can do with the gear wheel that is next to them. It shows as if you could interact with it, but it didn't do anything.
