Where can I find a Jewellers Kit?

The only thing with Jewellers kit in the name is the base (unenchanted) ring.

the enchater woman in the square in the first town sell 4 or 5 of those rings every time you level up

but no ring you can craft is better than what you can find

Thanks dude but what i really need to find is the Jeveller's Kit: Ring. The Tool that allows you to make Accessories. I have seen it once but forget where I had seen it. What i wat to do is to give every character stat rings/necklaces and replace the crappy ones I have. I get that the ones you find are better but I dont have stat rings on every single character yet.

Thats the site I use, i'll have to compare the 2. Note that boosting clothe doesnt work for the last 2 patches, oh well :)
