2 noob questions

[Upright]

1. In the upper left hand corner of the screen are the character portrait icons. I notice next to these icons is a small square that says "Leader in Sight!". What does "Leader in Sight!" mean? I've noticed some of the NPC's have say this when I mouse over them.

2. During battle I've noticed in the icon window of some of my attacks the lower right corner of some of the attacks have a (RED) corner. What does the red corner symbolize?

1) One of your characters has the Leadership skill. Any character who can see them gains a bonus based on that Leadership Skill Level. (Higher is better)

2) The red icon means that if you move as far as your mouse pointer is on, you can no longer cast that spell. If you have 7AP and a spell costs 6AP, your skill will get that "Red Corner" if you move your mouse in such a way that your movement will leave you with less than 6AP

(I.E. Its a warning to let you know you can't cast the spell if you make that move)
