Compendium of Mortal Techniques

When I serach this, it comes up with a thread talking about a book that adds one skill point, a thread about compendium of immortal tech(which this is not), and a thread that is in russian and I cannot seem to find the translate button.

When I use the book I can see it giving me 3 skill points, but am wondering if I am missing something else. Can anyone comfirm this?

There is a book that add 1 ability point (str, int etc...) and there is a book that add 3 skill points (1handed, pyro etc..). You found one that add 3 skill point.

The other book, Tome of Body Mastery, increases an Attribute (not an Ability) of your choice by one point -- though Thax was right in that it means values like (STR, INT, etc.)
