Sargeant Curtius is Legendary :)

I did not see this hint on the forum (yes i searched) so thought I would post it.

The inventory for Sargeant Curtius (the one outside the storeroom) seems to respond like an ornate chest. Except you have to buy it of course.

So every time I have leveled I head back and charm up and reload till he has gear I want to buy. The switch to my barter gear to buy it.

I've always killed him on every play through the game. Everyone in that building is a big pile of juicy xp.

You can rush right to hunter's edge extremely early and buy much better legendaries at much better prices from the skeleton if you want to min/max ;)

When you kill him he drops what's in his inventory. I like to be surprised so I don't look 1st.
