This shop owner has nothing but her personal effects to trade. Is this the way it is supposed to be?

I thought this was strange too. I beelined to the shop with a horde of gold hoping to equip my toons with awesome gear. Was in utter dismay when this 'shop' had nothing to sell.

There will be 2 shops right next to it: A goblin that you find near the desert and a smith that has some trouble with his mount.

Oh you mean that Goblin that is face down in the dirt now? :(

The smith has also an issue with his inventory having unidentified items. It might be intended, but looks damn strange.
