Slaves and Masters (Quest with Yox)

How do I get the option to give Yox the "Filter of the Fearless Imp" potion?

Yox simply keeps repeating "Shouldn't have done it, bad, bad, bad", "No way out, no way out, master will kill Yox" and it's not giving me an option to speak with him.

In my logs under the quest ("Slaves and Master") I have two entries;

"Day 16- We found a wounded Immaculate who'd been pushed down a cliff by his imp slave. He asked us to find the imp and return to him."

"Day 18- We found a recipe describing how to brew an Elixir of Courage."

I've made two of these potions and yet no results. Is this a bug/glitch? Is it fixable? Am I missing something? Please help been stuck on this for a while now.
