Cant click on singleplayer option

Hey guys i just purchased the full version but it appears in my library as a beta. And I cant seem to access the singleplayer campaign. Any fix for this?

Thre are two versions a beta and a non beta .... the non beta version should be in ur library If you bought it on steam. If you bought it elsewhere there should be a key you will need to activate on steam from the place you bought it from.

Two versions, but i only received the beta version. I suppose i'll have to take it to support.

seems like i'm not the only 1. Paid full price but only got the beta version. Has steam support gotten back to anyone of you yet?

Nope, i've had my ticket up for 52 hours now, and i'm not to thrilled about Valve right now.

Mine is the same, I only have beta version and I had this gifted to me as the full version

Do you recall if it showed up as "Divinity: Dragon Commander" or "Divinity: Dragon Commander Beta" when you were redeeming the gift?

I assume you exited Steam and restarted?

Apparently a firewall/router can block some games from being listed. see Games Are Missing from the Library

In a similar topic for a different game, someone recommended restarting the Steam client and installing the game from a web link (which I modified to match the game ID in my Steam shortcut for this game): steam://install/243950
That doesn't seem to want to show up as a link, but you can copy and paste it into your browser's address bar. It brings up the installer here if I try it on my old computer, but Dragon Commander shows up fine in my Steam library.
