Lady Anthea(spoilers for the first area of the game)
Loremaster. I do not have a quest involving Lady Anthea. I go knock on the door and somehow know about her and a marriage prospect. Nobody has mentioned her or marrying her to someone in any dialogues. Is there more to this? I can con her out of her jewels, but I'd rather receive xp if there is a quest involved that i'm missing.

It's a con situation (not a quest). Her name isn't Anthea, it's something you make up on the spot to get her attention. The line has a [streetwise] tag if I recall correctly.
