As the title says where does one find a Scoped Crossbow in Teron?

It is only available in Madoran from bow vendor in merchants plaza

So the option to use it in Aemolas village? I thought you only had that chance to do the quest, can you return after Madoran with your badass crossbow and dispense some sweet mercy¿?

Aemolas's village is one of the few quests you get in Teron that doesn't resolve without you if you leave.

Yes, you can leave that quest for later game stage. Combat resolution there requires some very high skills. Resolving it before leaving teron is only possible via parley option. Scoped crossbow approach needs at least 6 in crossbows, better 8.
