Spoilers : Gods ?
I was wondering how to find the other God. Not Aga.

I have played through the game twice, but I have never seen the other one.

There are three gods in AoD: one is Agathoth, the second one is Galath-Athazor the Dreamer who sleeps on the bottom of the Abyss, and Meru can become Balzaar if you help him.

There is also one you can meet at the Arch, though you don't get a name for that one.

And there's also the one at the tank in the monastery chamber, the flame walker.

For Balzaar, play as HA or Daratan praetor and join Meru.

I thought he was dead? I mean, that's the same tank you use to recuperate from grafting wards onto your body.

Also, in Al-Akia papers mention that three of the original volunteers were accidently incinerated and some sergeant secretly replaced them with his own men. Were these the guys who went on to become Agathoth, Athazor and Hassatur?

No. You got grafting in that facility (probably with a help of medical machine) but then moved to Al-Akia and used it machinery (and one of 7 tanks there) for ritual.

You can also talk to Balzaar if you're wearing the helmet of destiny and sit in the captain's chair in the star chamber. You can do it without the helmet but you only survive and don't get to talk.

I don't even know what that is! It may have to wait though, I'm finally running out of steam. 75ish hours played, 90something achievements, finally got my magus, ascension, and god's kingdom achievements. Only ones I'm unsure about and missing are desperate times and destroy it all or whatever it was called.

I know that god infusion happens in Al-Akia, but I thought grafting itself (pre-infusion) involved some time in "bacta tank" as well. It's been a month since I saw that particular ending, so my memory is a bit foggy.

I don't think it's specifically mentioned. It might be a little strange since it has a dead god floating in it.

Whitch branch is it? And how get to monastery w/o many conversations with medic in Maadoran? And to get the heal machine I only know way trought AG. What else?

That's the only way I've seen to reach the regular monastery. The part of the monastery being talked about here is inside the sealed vault, and to get in there you need either a large power tube (Not a normal one) to use in the portal in the slums well, or you need to know how to use computers and portal there from the top of Zamedi.

You can get to and use heal machine different way. You need to take portal (you need to reactivate it with a part from a minaret portal) from sewers and have high enough lockpick skill to open safe with medical tube and high lore to use healing machine as well.
