They usually use flurry attack and has quite high CS%. But their attacks won't likely to dent your armor or bleed you. Get a good armor and helmet with decent DR and CS def in maadoran, or get the power armor in ganezzar.
well i'm already 9 in dagger and 10 in dodge, even 1 v 1 a construct I get destroyed. My build I think is okay combat wise b/c I cleared most of the combat encounters fine and got champion in arena (including the 3 challengers after champion) but these 3 constructs are near impossible.
here is a link to the screen shot https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AIvEdQikDRqLeNEubMoAxOfUK7XBpaqa/view?usp=sharing
to battle the constructs I added 1 more point to dodge and healed the stat damage.
OH yeah your CON is honestly way too low and your DEX is at a weird place. (11ap? Why?) But other than that, your build SHOULD still be able to beat them. Do you have the power armor?
No power armor, wearing armor that gives 4 DR and low dodge penalty
oh that's your downfall right there haha...Is it possible for you to reload and get the power armor? The quest to get it is actually pretty straight forward. All you gotta do is reload a save before the Temple.
yeah I do have a save from before temple, is this quest available to all or do I need to have doen some pre-requisites?
I'm not sure if you could still do it at this point, but go to Maadoran's noble district and see if there's a guy in front of the palace telling you of his trouble with his house.
If he's still there, don't agree to help him right away. Say that you're too busy and ask for a reward. Once you get to the house, go in and talk to the bandits. Pick "I don't care about whatever his name is". Agree to the bandit's deal. When you get out of the house though, don't tell the guy you're working with the bandits now. Tell him you're just working on it. Then go to Ganezaar and find a dude in the market by the blacksmith. He'll take you to the place where the power armor is. Kill everybody there and take the power armor. Return to the Maadoran house and tell the bandits that you're keeping the power armor. Kill the bandits and talk to the guy who gave you the quest. Don't forget to ask for the reward that he promised you. That's it. There's the power armor. Though you'll need 3 power tubes for it to be at max strength.
also a rule of thumb, if you're not fully committed to combat (seen from your bodycounts), it is far better to use block instead since it has higher base in its training (+25), and a defensive passive skill on top of that (perfect block). You have 9 dodge, but relatively low dodge training (the number next to combat skill level) because you didn't engage in more fight, skipping alot of optional fights. This number is used to calculate whether you dodge attack or not. The level in your dodge increase the chance for it's passive to proc (counterattack), but you still get a flat 10 dodge training per level.
At some point, its far better to invest in Crafting than maxing defensive skill, because you can craft better armor with lower armor penalty. Although getting a power armor and 3 power module solve the problem with armor, you still want some crafting to make better weapon and to get more damage when using whetstone.
Since you are already an arena champion, you can use Al-Sahir armor for this matter, or just use steel/bluesteel with high DR (10+) and CS def. I guarantee that those construct won't be able to scratch you, use arterial strike to kill them since they have no headgear. Raise some level in sword and spear instead to get more THC (15Sp+15Sp to get 10 THC, cheaper than maxing your dagger)
The constructs start out surrounding you and have very high mobility, so you can't really out-maneuver them. Still, it's the first time I've heard of a combat character get stuck at the constructs.
I'd recommend buying reagents, getting to Alchemy 6 and crafting:
1. Restorative liniment - Cassava root + Goldenberry (to heal your CON back)
2. Liquid fires - Rock oil [+ Sulfur] (to isolate the constructs and give you some space)
3. Neurostimulants - Quicksilver [+ Emoryl] (for more AP)
4. Black powder bombs - Black Powder [+ Iron balls] (for damage)
the constructs react faster than I do, and for every 1 turn I have they get 2. Also even with my dodge at 10, i dodge maybe 1 out of 5 hits and with 3 it's dead in 1 turn. the arena was a lot easier for me b/c my dodge can keep me alive to 1 on 1 where I can use poison + bleed and aimed arm to really negate hits.
Yeah I have those made but they dont do enough. The dodge that works for all other combat encounters basically does nothing here. I'm dodging about 1/5 hits and it's not enough.
