The temple of Thor-Agoth ?
What am i supposed to do now? I've done the Imperial Guard questline, but i'm stumped, if it's lore i don't have much since my character just kills people with a sword. I looked over some scrolls after becoming a Legatus in a city.

If you're done with the events in the third city, go to the temple (via Hellgate). Then either fight, bend the knee (everyone serves someone), or leave it alone. It's a hard fight and you don't have to fight it.

What's Hellgate?!

There are two ways (locations) to get to the temple: Hellgate and Dead River. They will be added to the map once get the quest to go to the temple.
