Skulltag- I need help!

I just want to know if downloading stuff using DoomSeeker is safe, also how i can delete wads i got from attempting to join someones server. Please someone answer these noob questions, i would really appreciate it!

Skulltag is discontinued. Look up Zandronum.

And yes downloading mods from Doomseeker and Getwad is safe is safe. To delete them just search for them and right-click the file and delete it.

Yep. Zandronum has a decent amount of servers, and theres usually people on various servers.

It has more people playing, open GL rendering, ability to run more advanced game / map features, and so on.....

For single player, GZdoom is better and has even more advanced map / graphics options, but zandronum is pretty well rounded for both multi / single player.

Ok thank you a lot, just got it and im having a blast playing with others. If you know where to download Ghoul's VS Humans or ZDoom wars, please reply, also if you know any good wads to get for Zandronum. I also see why you recommended Zandronum, because i couldn't play with any one because they had "version 1.2" and i only had 0.98 (aka. Skulltag).

Zandronum is still activly being worked on Skulltag however has been cancled and it continued on as Zandronum.

As for the Wads you get from Doomseeker ya they are safe if you feel concerned however you can just keep your firewall and anti virus on while u play.

Also if you want really nice graphics I would suggest playing in Open GL mode and also look for " Doom 2 High res textures".

And there is Brutal Doom for gameplay its really..brutal and just plain awesome.

Well then wait for a day when you get 5 bucks, it really is that cheap. When you do get it, if you want my help, i can tell you what you will need to make doom a much more fun expierience, and be able to play with other players :)

Or if you know where to look, you can get doom for free, but i reccomend steam, as it is easier to install than other sites.
