Add-on endings don't seem to work

So I was playing TNT I beat it and after the text screen there's suppost to be an image of the Icon of Sin with blue eyes and then you can look at all the demons one more time but it just skips straight back to the menu 1 other thing I noticed it loaded up the first map too
