Low Fps Problem

I'm having 15 fps on doom 2 and ı don't know how to fix it please help me.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz

nvidia geforce gtx 1050

8,00 GB Ram

It's sits around 15 fps all the time ı also experienced same thing in duke nukem 3d. The first thing you said might be the issue how do i fix that ?

Set your FPS cap to higher than 15 in the game's graphics options.
0 is unlimited and performance will vary. You can also check your v-sync there.

Use your NVidia Control Panel>Manage 3D Settings>Program Settings to do similar for any game using your graphics card.
