No, but you could probably do it yourself.
First off, you need to own Doom 1 or Ultimate Doom. Whether you have old CDs or you have it on Steam or GOG doesn't matter. You do need to own it though. Just getting a .wad with the Doom 1 maps would be piracy.
In theory you could do what you're asking. You would need a few things though.
1: The Doom 2 IWAD.
2: Doom 1, or Ultimate Doom IWAD.
3: Slade. A wad and Doom map editor.
This would be rather involved to pull off. If you want to make this a passion project and get it working because you'd enjoy putting the work in then by all means go balls to the wall. I just want to preface that it's not gonna be a "drag this thing here, click that, and launch Doom 2" scenario.
You would have to load your Ultimate Doom wad into notepad and change it from an IWAD to a PWAD, after which you could load it into Slade and begin editing it.
In slade you might have to begin the tedious task of renaming specific things (textures, sprites, sounds) to avoid loading the game and having all the Doom 1 assets be overwritten by the Doom 2 assets.
Then in slade you would make (or edit if it already exists) a text document called MAPINFO.txt which contains information that tells the game what episode starts with what level, what level loads into what level, par time, end level screen ect.
It would be tricky. But I did something similar by making both Final Doom wads, No Rest For the Living, and Master Levels show up as episodes in Doom 2. It was a slog, but I had fun. I would encourage you to give this a go if it sounds like something you'd enjoy doing. Otherwise you'd pull your hair out.
Let me know if you need anything!
