Installing HDoom Guide?

I'm new to modding Doom. I'm using GZDoom for the Doom 4 Doom mod and can't wrap my head around how to install HDoom. I've looked at 3 tutorials on how to do it but it doesn't work. Is there an up-to-date guide on how to properly install it?

I tried using rocket launcher 2.0 to use HDoom and still nothing. Any other help I can get to make this mod work?

Download GzDOOM, Extract to an empty folder, take the .WAD file from the main DOOM II folder and put it in the folder you extracted GzDOOM into, Download the HDOOM .pk3 off of Newgrounds, drag the .pk3 to the GzDOOM .exe to execute them together and you're done

If you don't know what those things I mentioned are you haven't been looking very hard for answers

Hey I just did that and my pc says it's "Windows protected your PC prevented an unrecognised app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk." what should I do?
