Trying to install HDoom

As implied i tried to install the latest version of HDoom over at https://hdoomguy.newgrounds.com/
And used ZDoom like instructed but it did not work.
It is my first ever time trying to use mods so help would be much appreciated.

To be fair, you could make your way way easier by using a launcher. Personally I use ZDE (ZDoom Executor). Configure the path to your sourceport and wads then all you have to do is select the game and add mods in the list.

If for some reasons you cannot wrap your head around how the launcher work. Just quote me and reply. I don't mind making a video on youtube you can watch to set yourself up.

You might want to still setup GZDoom. A lot of mods wont work on Zandronum due to that sourceport lacking a lot of GZ's features.

Zdoom is discontinued. Use GZDoom for example.
