Cottage key location?

Hi folks, I'm up to the part where you get the Jew's airship and am stuck. I need to get past that cottage in the grove north of town but it needs a key. Can someone help me out with this?

If you mean the cottage to the left of the clearing in the forest, it's closed and you don't need to go there in the storyline
