Stuck with anicka looking for the mill

If I try to leave the village map it tells me I should vsit anicka. Yet she tells me to go to the mill yet I can not leave the map to look for it, because it tells me to speak te her. Is this a glitch or is there really a mill on the map I am missing?

Talk to the miller outside the brothel. He will give you the key you need to complete the quest
