Side content in this game is insane

I beat this game in 3.5 hours in the first playthrough. They I starter watching a bit of it from content creators, and amounts of side content I skipped is completely insane. Also a lot of branching paths opens when you do this side quests. Gonna do second playthrough now 100% everything. I think A LOT of peoples did not realize this.

There are many things to do that you have only a limited amount of time to advance. I thought I did everything in the game, and still coldn't open some doors. Does somebody know how to open the door in the thief's den or how to access again the house with the twins inside?

If you are referring to doors in the secret area in thief lair, then there's a secret passage in cult stronghold you need to take, to the right from the stairs that lead to fat guy leader.
IDK what twins you are exactly referring, but if you are talking about that deformed ones, you need to go north to the woods right after you gain access to the city, find guy on the tree and follow his quest line.

Ok thanks, totally missed that secret passage. Regarding the twins, yes the deformed ones. I was able to talk with the guy on the tree, but then his door remained closed for the rest of the game, which I thought was a bit strange and maybe I missed something.

Just beat the game and I think I've done all the side quests but I'm curious about the following:

Can anything be done about the dwarf cultist in town? Is there no way to get him to come out of his house?

At some point in the story you will see someone climb it to pick pears. Talk to him and offer to help pick pears.

She can warn you about Jozef assasination attempt, so you can save him

yes, thats it. you might call it an easter egg for the slovak speaking internet, story of an "lesny duch". sadly, it lacks subtitles on youtube, its an retelling of an run in with the forest spirit by a local enyjoer of hard liquor, lets call it that :D

interesting. I fought forest demon in late game, when I got the holy sword and using its feint worked too. But in the den I found a dagger, not necklace

just finished, first you find the necklace, when u go back later u are able to find a dagger, i think it changes after you meet the priest and the two knights inthe woods. Does anyone know what the affect is of having anicka die and Feri live, or Feri die and Anicka survive? i did the latter when i finished the game but i know theformer is possible due to a failed attempt beforehand.
