Black screen?

So everything worked at first, downloading took like 5 sec, launching was no problem but when i have seen the intro, and clicked on play it was just a black screen? i dont know if that should have been a loading screen but anyways. about 2 minutes later it crashed? but the intro was really cool but kind of laggy..

i have this problem too, my device is on the lower end but can easily launch games like planet zoo so i have no idea if its a performance issue

Yeah same..... my laptop is old but rdr2 and gta5 run fine so idk whats wrong, it states : lowlevelerror or something like that

seems like this game has very demanding graphics which is a shame...

Im pretty sure this is a issue to do with your drivers, as i also get the popup before the game launches saying they need to be fixed. i can boot up the game and run it perfect on my pc but sadly my laptop just isn't capable, though I did manage to get passed the black screen by right clicking on the game in your library, properties > general > pasting "-force-d3d11" into the launch options, but it still crashes. Hopefully the game will be better optimised in the future if its not a issue to do with drivers

are drivers the same as graphics cards? sorry i don't know much about laptops lol

Same!! I have the latest update on my graphic card and it still says that there is a problem. I was so excited to play this game :(

I have updated my driver past the recommended and still get the error and the crashing im afraid, downloaded it on my beefy gaming pc and managed to run it on ultra graphics at 220 fps, that has a raedon graphics card and is top of the range so think this game needs a good graphics card.

Yeah so I update my laptop, tried launching it and it still didn't work, it's really weird because I can still launch the demo.
