You can check if your game is running slomo with the ingame timers. Theres a mission where you have to collect x ammount of coins in 30 seconds. You can see if your timer is running slower than actual real life seconds. Thats how I realized my game was slomo.
On my computer it goes like this:
1920x1080 = High framerate (90+ fps), Joe moves incredibly fast; unplayable.
1920x1080 w/ frame limiter = 60 fps, gameplay feels normal.
5760x1080 + multiplayer = low framerate (~35fps), gameplay is slowed down (not just choppy).
i apologize for my last comment i had no idea this is how THIS game worked.

Eagle, this is indeed confusing, but you'd better ask Hello Games... I suppose they overlooked some important PC facts when porting their 30-fps console-friendly engine to our mighty platform !
Funny how I was looking at your comment while watching 2 IN THE AM PM.
Oh wow, thanks for bringing back these weird cringe memories of younger me being impressed by people with high resolutions and multiple monitors haha. Thanks for the headsup about reducing the framerate if I come back to the game though.
