Screen too big

For some reason, no matter what resolution I pick when the game loads its as if the screen is so big I can only see the top left corner of the game. I've tried every resolution. I've tried forcing settings through my graphics card. it always displays only the top left as if I would need multiple screens to see the whole game. This is the only game I've ever had this problem with. Any ideas would be appreciated.

OMG, I feel stupid. I forgot I had it zoomed since I use a big screen TV. thank you sooo much. Now to do something about the slow motion glitch, LOL.
