Custom sounds

I was trying to make some, so I can use em.
I tried to convert the "Готов (Done from WoT)", "I'm Dead. Aaahhh. (From TF2, Scout)" and "You are dead (From TF2, Heavy)".
I did everything and I tried to make them an OGG and WAV files, but nothing helped me.

Can someone help me to do it?
