key registration failed
your key is bound to a different mania planet account...

what do ? i already wrote to the support but no answer... i bought the game on steam but i can only play the demo... really annoying. anyone have an idea what to do ?

Are you sure that you used your purchasing account when connecting to Shootmania? This issue can occur when log in with the wrong login.

i figured out stuff a bit. i played trackmania canyon 12months ago, its also a mania planet account. i guess i need to use that account, since its linked to my steam. problem is that i dont remember the accountname that i used for trackmania... and i have no chance of retrieving it, i dont have the game installed or anything....

Did you contact the Ubisoft support? They can help you out to retrieve your account. Their address is http://support.ubi.com, and then please click on the Ask a question link in the FAQ to send them an email, ensuring that they get all the important information on your system and your problem so they can answer correctly the first time.
