Whatever happened to ShootMania Cryo, the forums, and QuestMania?

I remember them announcing like three games/environments for Shootmania with the first one being Storm, and the second being Cryo. But, as is obvious to all of you reading this, it never came out. Neither did any news. So is it completely cancelled? Delayed indefinitely? And why? My best guess about the reason is that ShootMania didn't do well enough. But I would just like to know, and don't have to think about it anymore. Are there any plans to develop anything for ShootMania anymore? The devs support the community, yes, but how about new software, new game? I know there is technically speaking still a community that plays cups or tournaments, but it's too small for players like me to jump in. Most players that stuck around are also too good, because they've been playing for a while. Maybe Cryo would bring new players in. Cryo, or any new expansion. TrackMania is what they're famous for and what started the Mania line of games, but they have other products too you know. To recap: What happened to ShootMania Cryo? And whatever its fate, what are the reasons for it? Cryo or something else, are they going to do anything with ShootMania that isn't the cups/tournaments? Did they abandon ShootMania development in favour of TrackMania, their old famous moneymaker, the title they are more comfortable with?

On the Twitter account bio and on the official website they still link to the official forums, but it doesn't seem to be online anymore. At least that's what I think based on my browser telling me the server takes too long to respond. I assume that Discord has taken over, but why then are there still links to the forums on official channels?

And finally, was QuestMania canned? It was announced YEARS ago as this big future project, but they never really said anything about it after that. I remember checking the website a couple years later but it still showed the exact same "It's in development" page as it did when it was announced. Now the page is completely offline. Did the devs ever give a reason for this? If they did, I can't find it. Maybe it was because ShootMania didn't do well enough, but I would say that an RPG and an arena shooter are two very different products. So then why. The fate of QuestMania is something I think about every once in a (long) while, and I would like to, just like with Cryo, give the matter some rest. An RPG game in the same trend as Track and ShootMania is probably the most promising new concept I've heard about in a loooong time. Maybe that's why. Maybe it's too promising, too big, too grand of an awesome idea that they couldn't figure out how to make it work. In other words: was it too ambitious? Whatever the case, I would like to know.

Thank you for your interest in our games. I can't give you information about Cryo or Questmania.
We are still updated maniaplanet, Shootmania and Trackmania.

If by official forums, you meant maniaplanet forums. The forums were very slow last weekends and we had some trouble with some bots flooding the forum but we are going to sort everything out.

Regarding Shootmania cups, there are still Royal SmurfsCups on Sunday, Speedball cups on Monday and Monthly Obstacle cups.

I don't understand the reason why this game is totally empty. Yes, I see the Cups, the servers are all empty. I haven't seen any promotional video's, or any other type of promotion. This is one of the best arena shooters available, but every time I install it, the servers are dead. - Considering Ubisoft REALLY NEEDS A "Apex Legends" type of attention, you would think they would push this title more. - Promote this game, make it free to play with owners getting some skins or something. Do SOMETHING........ !!!! I'm sure Epic Games would love to have you.
