Game Breaking Bugs

There is an issue with modifiers stacking over and over again multiple times that are making the game unplayable. So far I have encountered this issue with unemployment rate, population growth, and unrest. In the case of population growth it says conservative -0.03 eight times and when looking at the internal policy screen it says there are no present effects of my level of conservative.

Additionally I have found two other bugs. First is that influence can get permanently stuck when investing in other countries via the money investing (not the stock market and building investment). I have had some other diplomatic actions do that as well but not consistently. Second is that lobbying political parties does not increase their relations with you so its impossible to get rid of the negative modifiers that having low relations has with them.
