Hopefully we'll have news in the coming weeks
https://www.endroad.fr/
But, I'll save you the trouble and quote from the announcement they made:
"Despite this milestone, we have not reached an agreement with the game's publisher, Microids, on the future development of the game. It is with heavy hearts that we must inform you that the journey through the Grendizer universe will continue without us as we venture onto new paths. There will be no further updates from our team for Grendizer beyond the current versions."
By no means; they just won't be adding more to it.
Which is unfortunate, since it doesn't cover the entire series, just the beginning of it. Which, by that point, I guess you could consider it 'unfinished'.
I'm guessing they were likely planning to cover the rest of the series via DLC, but clearly that didn't work out.
