Post Finishing the Game

After finishing the game , this is my final review :

So the game will take you about 10-12 hours depending on whether you do some searching in the regions . To fully complete the game and 100% all regions you will need another 2-4 hours I guess .

Achievements / Trophies are straight forward with most unlocked via story and about 9 related to 100 percenting the game . One achievement/ trophy is a bit different and requires you to beat the tutorial boss which if you’re extremely good at the start can do else you’ll have to restart the game and attempt it there ( since there is no new game + ) but id suggest you do that only after you get all the other achievements. Not sure I want to even bother 😅 at this point given the repetitive nature

On the game itself , I’ve downgraded it to a 5/10 . A beat em up with some vertical shooting sessions to break up the monotony and with a story following the plot of the anime very closely ( some liberties were taken though ) . The game is a let down by the graphics and repetitive gameplay mechanics, some crazy slowdown ( lack of optimization) and sometimes game breaking bugs . Pretty average but a good nostalgic experience for fans of the anime .

Im grinding it in the last city, enemies in the area may drop it. Defeat all enemies and quit to menu, im getting 1 to 0 vegatron crystals per load.

You can also grind them in the bonus mission, found in the main room of the laboratory. Just farm the two areas before the boss, then press "return to title screen" and then continue to repeat the process.

This is the main lab with the monitoring screen at the bottom left . It will have a few red shapes on it . Note though you have to have paid for the DLC to get access
