Focus on developing the best version of the game you can, instead of another pointless "fun with friends" game.
Uh... give me a break.
Asking if there is co-op is a valid question since this is a game that is currently in very early development and not much as been said about it yet. If anything this is a perfect time for them to think about if they want that and to be able to design around it if that is something they want (less needing to change of code).
You state Subnautica about being great without it and I agree it is a great game, but Stardew is a much better comparison (especially since the video from Cohh even mentioned it as a comparison). They started as single player and then added in co-op after which was a wild success.
Personally, I would love to have some co-op. Being able to delve with friends could be lots of fun.
Look man, I'm sorry you don't have a significant other that you wanna play games with, but some of us do. and this looks like a perfect game to play with her.
GG on terrible take tho.
Rest assured, once we are confident in the state of the game and its single-player experience, we will actively explore the possibilities of implementing co-op/multiplayer features. Your support and interest mean a lot to us.
