Can't see friends or party members

As above when in game I can't see my friend even tho we are in party. We are on same server and same channel

I have the same problem. I bought game for me and for my wife, but we cannot play together since we cannot see eachother in game...

Ok, so after 2 days i kinda find out a possible reason:
Players dont start in the same location, and 3 starting ports are absolutly identical. Same building, almost same place for NPC but most inportanly: same named NPC for quest. With mean, you can be in two differend towns anyway. I and my wife was pretty much frustrated ( I even wrote to developers) before we saw (on map) that we are in differend starting locations. So create a party with your friend and look at map, meaby it will help :)
