The European server is overcrowded. Free spots only appear when someone leaves the game.

A working EU server would be nice to start with. Since release I've only been able to create a character and loose connection and since the past 2 days I can't even get to the PvE selection screen, only code 1 error. 104 minutes of "play time" without having played... I hope they fix this very very soon, otherwise I think Steam should make exceptions for refunds over the 2h play time as imo trying to log in on non-working servers does not count as such.
Hoping for the best 'cause I'm curious about this game.

You just have to get on the server, then it works well, I was able to play for several hours tonight on the EU server without any problems.
The only problem at the moment is the “01 error”, you just have to patiently try again and again or play outside prime time.
