Hope they refund
At the end of the day the only thing I still have, barring server rollbacks, is my level and my inventory.

Gone is the anticipation of fun, gone are the resources like credits and dungeon tokens - wasted upon being disconnected after using game mechanics that break then erase your investment, and gone is the current and future time and resources spent on building anything.

So in essence once my character logs out (edit: more likely to get disconnected than log out intentionally), and except for anything stored in the town storage, eventually nothing of what I spent my time on will remain and anything I previously spent my time on is not accurately reflected in my 17 hours of play time - it does not reflect the no loot drops or no kill counts towards quest completion or the erasing of any time on a cargo run or dungeon that, after the server stops responding, ejects me from the game and keeps the initial outlay for either with no return or refund.

Hope they refund my time, and if I could ask for them to pay me for my time wasted and the annoyance this game engenders, I'd do that too.

Valve seem to be tight on refunds for this thing beyond 2 hours regardless of issues.

I never reach the game, spend only 30mn on server issues during the launch and steam display 6h of gaming for The Quinfall :)
Nice hack to avoid people to refund lol
Refunded, thank you steam.

first one is auto, do it again until it reaches a human person, state you didn't play the game as servers were unable to be reached and you were on title screen trying to get in and troubleshoot it but could not solve it / no update to game to fix
I explained everything that happened during my time playing, from the connection timeouts, being disconnected while using game mechanics that erase your initial capital outlays if you get disconnected during it (cargo runs/dungeons), and the time wasted when no loot drops, no kills get counted on quests and no tools to be found due to bugs.

There was no fun left in the game, and the only fun I had originally was found in the anticipation of what was on offer - which turned out to be not true.
