PvE Server?
Is there a PvE Server or is this just one server for everyone? Or pvp across all servers?

There is no such thing as a pvp or pve server. Here the server channels are divided into pvp and pve, between which you can freely switch.
On the pvp channel there is more % of experience to all actions of players but also free killing of players outside the city as in Lineage 2

Oh, so channels are like "servers" in a sense then? If you are in a PvP channel, you are free game everywhere and when in a PvE channel, you are just PvE?

There was one server "Luxembourg". When entering it there are options with a choice: PvE channel which gives +10% to resource collection, etc. or a choice of PvP channel which gives +20% to resource collection, etc. and free killing of players anywhere except the city.

There were about 3 PvE channels. There was only one PvP channel. The developers will most likely increase the number of channels on the server because they will clearly be insufficient.

How it will be in early access is known only to the developers. I hope they will increase the number of channels, not the number of servers.

So its possible to avoid "pvp action"?

Yes, of course.
The PvE channel was specially made by the developers so that you could peacefully collect resources and no one would stab you in the back.
The only thing is that on the PvE channel you shouldn't go to the "red" circles (building up the territory with houses or clans). There is always PvP there regardless of the choice of the PvE channel.
Previously there were three different PvE channels (different bonuses for different professions) At closed beta testing 3 there was one PvE general channel with general bonuses. They closed PvE channel 2 and PvE channel 3.

PvE channel:
+10% experience for cutting wood
+10% experience for mining ore
+10% experience for gathering herbs
+10% experience for fishing
+10% experience for hunting
+15% experience and +5% money for transporting caravans
+15% experience and +5% money for robbing those who transport caravans

PvP channel:
+20% experience for cutting wood
+20% experience for mining ore
+20% experience for gathering herbs
+20% experience for fishing
+20% experience for hunting
+20% experience and +15% money for transporting caravans
+20% experience and +15% money for robbing those who transport caravans
+15% TO THE character's EXPERIENCE

Many go to the PvP server for the bonuses. Some so that they are not disturbed while killing mobs. You can drive a player away from your clearing.

That's an odd way of saying it from the dev team. You have to be in either a PvE or a PvP channel right? So what value do they deduct the plus on the PvE side from? It already is the lowest level. Guess they wanted to make the PvP look more appealing by artificially giving higher numbers.
