Jumpscares and Monsters

I've been wondering for a long time and looking for if this game contains jumpscares, monsters or both, if possible, someone can answer me. I will be attentive.

Postscript: Tell me J if he only has Jumpscares, JM if he has Jumpscares and monsters and M if he only has monsters, so we have no more arguments.
