unable to access lab

I 100% the game, but when I put the number into the phone, it doesn't give me any message and I can't seem to progress at all, even setting the clock to the specific time doesn't summon the trail, can anyone help me?

UPD: Apparently I forgot to touch phone's receiver (or whatever this thing called) and because of that the message didn't come through.
