Error Code 0xc0000005

A friend of mine is getting this error when launching the game. She's still using Windows 7. Maybe Windows 7 is no longer supported? Any help is appreciated.

It may very well be due to the specs of the PC. Could you please run dxdiag and send a screenshot of the system page and the display page to [e-mail] so we can investigate further?

that error is a ram/cpu failure, if he using 13th or 14th gen intel, he should update the bios and install Intel XTU to lower the cpu ratio by 1-2 points (mine was 55, i set it to 52) just to be sure and never a problem again
