Laboratory/ Film Developing Not Working

Hello everyone! When I finally get to the part when I have to photograph the broken switch on the wall/ develop the film and put into the projector to restore it, it doesn't work. I have tried a dozen times, even restarted the level, to no avail. :( It just doesn't work. Any insight? Thank you!

Hello! Thank you and I apologize for the delay in response! Yes I am doing the steps identical as they are in the video and despite this it still is not working. I am able to photograph the baby in the chair and develop it, then when I take a photo of the switch on the wall and develop it and walk outside of the dark room, the switch still remains broken :(
