Let me correct this as it is not completly historically accurate:
Nobles were pompous asshats who thought everyone should look up to them, simply because they had/spent more money and/or have familly related to lineage considered as holy in their beliefs.
I would add that money part is generally speaking more true for industrial revolution and after, nobles before that were noble by blood, not by wealth.
It actually matters, 60fps is annoying and choppy in first person. If you're in a Barga or a vehicle it's not so bad but if you're playing a Ranger or Wing Diver 60fps looks exceedingly bad and jarring.
Welp, not that it matters, when the crap hits the fan the framerate drops to 30fps anyway.
