Past that other mods cause instability or outright cannot be used with randoms so you'll have to find a dedicated group who share the same mods, for example 1s that alter vehicle behavior if someone jumps into it likely to crash their game if not the lobby, if they don't have the same mod.

Well you don't, testing is really the only way to say and even then may cause bugs with non mod users, it is more recommended all players have the same mods.
Auto loot for example works with only 1 user having it installed, but non mod users have reported issues when playing with users who have it installed. But it technically "works"
You could also try their discord if you wanna organize a group easier perhaps.
