Anyone find some viable of this mech? Difficult to control & easy to flip over, can’t fly, short range, unable to call in apocalypse future, low damage out put, I can’t find a button to shoot its shoulder launcher don’t know if it is bugged? The only good about it is that you can call it immediately after upgrade.

seems the truck is bugged and unlikely to be fixed by devs ( by the current track record of fixing all the other bugs and or crashes (epic fix was nice but should have come with some fixes)) there might be a mod that fixes it but I haven't taken the time to look into that

it is in there but it's slow and has a flame thrower a buggy camera and a rocket that has no button to fire oh also the camera is locked to the car not the mech body it is rather useless machine until a fix is made or a mod corrects it

I mean it being a flamenix and the camera hooked up to the truck makes complete sense to me. It is showcased in the bad timeline. If you don't the phrase "flipflops and ak47s" it refers to rag tag militia groups scrapping together whatever they can to make work for an offensive. You know like revolutionary freedom fighters or terrorist groups? Real world comparison is the Taliban strapping giant guns to SUVs and trucks left behind by Western countries.

Anyways, why would the Nix be able to turn if it was strapped to a truck? Are you imagining some kind of piston or axle system set up in there? I would imagine the trigger for the flamethrower is rigged via wiring into the truck and is activated from the drivers seat with the press or hold of a button. Lastly the driver is in the truck, why would the camera perspective be from the nix? You're not controlling the truck with the nix are you?

I'm just saying it's not broken or needs fixing, sure a mod patch would be nice, but it's working as intended.

it has 360 traverse on the mech part but the camera face forward no matter what also it has the ability to aim 90 degrees up but camera doesn't move up either so it's damn near useless in game even if it's the highest level mech yet you can't see ♥♥♥♥ while using it let alone one of it's weapons can't fire even with the stat line saying it has this dumbfire rocket that it can fire. try the machine when you get a chance the "combat wagon"(yes thats it's name) is bugged just like the grape early(though thats just ctd and a mod is out to fix it)

Its kind of a joke weapon which is a shame considering its high level.
If uou want good use for it, use demonized’s balancing/ qol mod as it improves it. Makes it out to be the blacker tank of the mechs. Affordable, but not the best option. The mod lowers its credit cost at 5 stars to 5000 credits and instantly start with it. Doubled damage on flame throwers to match 2 max lvl nix red flame turrets
The rocket was buffed to deal 2.5k damage and a 35m blast radius. It can ALSO now be used underground AND in the apocalypse. The best part is the mod does not affect multiplayer heavily. Its meant to be super compatible. Me and the mod author made sure of it. I am his tester essentially. If you use the mod, gimme feedback and I’ll let em know of it. We’re trying to make everything a viable option, thus giving more options
