Guys is it even EDF6?

Ok i wanted to get this game but after watching bunch of gameplay this looks EXACTLY like EDF5! graphics are hardly increased, weapons and vehicles looks the same! no new mechanism or anything (except drone for air raiders?)
This feels like an DLC for EDF5 instead of EDF6! am i missing something??

I love this game so much. Definitely way better than 5 and 5 was way better than 4. This time around I actually enjoyed the story. I thought the way they handled weapon upgrades and grinding was amazing by basically only absorbing positive aspects so you don't have to micromanage a million weapons. This time around they unified single and multiplayer progress as well. Things that make the experience far more streamlined. The backpack slots also make a huge difference in how the wing diver, and the ranger play. The ranger has some vehicles for fun now like the brute helicopter which is a fun team based vehicle or the titan tank. Overall love what they did with it this time around.

This is the best EDF yet honestly, and actually after playing a fair amount of the game I can say for a fact there's enough to justify calling this not only EDF6, but 7, 8 & 9 too, and I'm still like 15 missions from completing the mission list so far.

100%. The "repeat" missions with changed dialogue that references you are so cool. When I saw a certain mission load in I kinda sighed cause I remembered it being a very slow starter, but it's now easily one of my favourites in the series just for it's story implications. THIS is how you do switch-ups in a sequel!
