Twin Blast Spear is for fast movement and kill big target like frog but I have a problem to control it when air-dash (and motion sickness)
Popular equipment for Inferno Fencer is Spine Driver+Katana or Axe. Big change from EDF 5 of Jackhammer+shotgun or Blast Twin Spear+Dispersal Mortar.
Edit: That doesn't mean the EDF 5's weapon combo is weak. They still do work and gets the job done. Jackhammer has the same stats as EDF 5, Dexter shotgun got an accuracy nerf, BT Spear is same, and Dispersal Mortar's damage was nerfed to half.
Right. The mortar feels gimped now. Really stupid they didn't add a better one in mission packs.
If there was little to no reason to use the Blasthole Spear over Spine Driver in EDF 5, that is on steroids on 6. Spine Driver is better by miles, particularly on Inferno, and its only downside lacking penetration, is something you won't need much in 6.
Dispersal Mortars, and Light Mortars, are not as good on 6 as on 5, but the first are still pretty good at annoying and breaking air and grounds mobs progress. It also works well to overheat enemies' shields. It won't kill much now though.
